Oral hygiene is as important as any other factor about taking care of your health. Not only one should be healthy, they also should have a better health capacity for their teeth and mouth overall.

Oral hygiene is the basic practice of keeping one’s teeth and mouth clean and out of the reach of bacteria and diseases. This requires not only brushing your teeth, but also making sure that food eaten or daily life routine does not affect dental health or create bad breath.

  5. Some people have bad breath not because of the dental hygiene condition, but because they have a regular sore throat. Keeping a regular check on ENT health along with dental and oral health can help modify this contingency of sore throat to a minimum level.
  6. Rinse your mouth after every meal.
  7. Chew gum or teeth whitening gums after meals.
  8. Avoid food that creates bad smell in your mouth.
  9. Floss once a day to remove any food in between teeth.
